Architectural Plans
I will arrange a time that's suitable for you and I to sit and meet to begin the process of your new construction.
Its important for me to understand all of your day to day needs and wants such as from where you prefer to eat breakfast, where you prefer to entertain to where you like to put your keys and jacket when you arrive home every day.
I try not to leave out the smallest detail where possible.

We also offer project Management should you find this project will be to much for you. If you wish, feel free to hire us just for a few site visits from time to time so yo feel comfortable with progress.
Your construction plans will have furniture and so forth in the drawings so you can have a very good idea how your available space will work for you.
Once the preliminary drawings are to your satisfaction, we will move on and complete the full set of drawings ready for building permit application.
All clients will receive 5 sets of working drawings and a PDF of all drawings. 2 will be required for building permit application and the other 3 can be used for pricing for your contractors. Don't forget to make lots of copies before you do anything...You're going to need them.

Your permit application will also require additional engineered drawings which we can help you with as well if you require .

There are not to many better feelings than the first day or evening sitting outside and looking at what you have just created. A long and lasting lifestyle you and your family will always be proud of.
